Collage

This is one of my most favorite ways of making art, probably because it allows for a lot of experimentation before I glue plus the bonus of getting to recycle too!

I mostly create my own collage materials from recycled printer paper I paint, vintage paper and ephemera I collect (or hoard as some people might say), junk mail I save, bits of nature I stumble across and glue. I am not a purist so I usually incorporate other mediums like acrylic paint, watercolors, colored pencils, and oil pastels… or whatever I find in my pencil container!
